Professional, efficient and personable reception staff. Excellent job asking the specific needs for this massage and relaying that information to the assigned therapist. Therapist did exact area identified for this session and frequently asked for feedback throughout the massage. Clean and calm environment; even though were very busy at that particular time. Great at not pushing products ("upselling") and let the experience and environment "speak for itself". Fantastic hours of operation and very welcoming, warm, calming and easy experience. Am glad became a member and already see the benefits of membership.

I’ve been going to Ayskel for facials and waxing for several months now. Not only is she attentive to my questions (I have sensitive skin) but she does an excellent job with my eyebrows which is something that takes time to trust with someone. Ayskel always provides an exceptional customer experience and I’ll continue booking with her for all of my facial services. I’ve seen other estheticians at this location and although my previous experiences weren’t bad, Ayskel is the best!

The esthetician and massage therapists are excellent. If you’re looking to relax and detox from some stress, I am very satisfied. I just feel that the extra charge for any improvement to the service is a bit discouraging to come back. It makes me feel that everything is an opportunity to sell more, instead of the quality of service and courtesy services for the membership.
