On several occasions I was unaware of places that needed attention on my body. He was able to release all the areas that were tight. He did an outstanding job and took very good care of me. He knew what to do, I am very impressed.

Was assigned to Stephen as he was trained in reflexology. He showed his expertise with the exact amount of pressure needed in all the exact right spots. He rates among the best!!!!!

Christina gave me an amazing facial. She explained everything she was doing and spent time on extractions. It was so relaxing and my face looks fantastic! Will definitely be recommending her to my friends and I signed up to come back again next month.

The mobile app needs a good update. It’s also difficult to book 100 minute massages, it seems that only 50 minutes massages are usually available unless I book way in advance.

Surprised and Impressed with the level of services and products available. Christina was extremely knowledgeable. While she recommended products, she did not try to hard sell but seemed to genuinely believe in her craft and products. Reception staff was helpful, and also promoted their membership without being pushy. They sold me!!

Your reception group is better than it has been- recently it has been less than accommodating, i.e. long waits, not confident with what they are doing. Gina is really caring and look forward to my facials- she knows so much! I do miss Kristine and was happy to learn you have new staff with good reviews.
