Hand and Stone has been a wonderful experience every time I have gone. The therapists are skilled and professional, the atmosphere is lovely and calming and the quality of the massages are the best I have had in Melbourne!

Scheduling an appointment was very easy, and the receptionist friendly. The therapist, Patrick, was very kind and listened to my problem areas. Checkout was smooth and simple. Facility was very clean and had a relaxing aura.

Ayskel has been consistently great. She's alway upbeat, professional, friendly and wonderful.

Melissa gave me an excellent deep tissue massage. The pressure she applied was excellent. I relaxed so much, I fell asleep.

There was attention to detail on the part of my therapist. Towels and bedding were all warm before I used them. The space was clean and quiet.

Location is convenient, apptment availability very good, many therapists to choose from, quality of massages is excellent.

Staff is always friendly. Waiting room is quiet. Therapist is always on time, although I feel she gives me too much time to get undressed and onto the table. I want as much hands on time as possible.

I am bummed marissa Ann is gone. But I had Chris this time and she was very good.
