This appointment was 100% improvement from the last facial appointment I had. This facial was enjoyable and the lady was professional, friendly and informative, She made me feel welcomed and liked I was a valuable customer.. I booked another facial appointment with her!

The new oil you are using doesn't smell good -- it has a mildew/musty smell it leaves on us and I don't remember the previous oil leaving me smelling like that after a massage. On a positive note, David was my therapist and he was outstanding! He always does a good job and is attentive to my needs if I have special areas I want worked. Thank you for the exceptional experience David!

The therapist, Brett was excellent! Very professional and clearly very highly trained/experienced.

The staff is extremely friendly, and the atmosphere is tranquil. I work out often, so massage is a treat to soothe tired muscles. I look forward to trying some add-ons or facials in the future.

I had never had a facial prior to this one. It was a Christmas gift. With my allergies I was extremely nervous. Patsy put me at ease. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and gentle. It was so wonderful that I became a member. I booked a facial for my husband and mother with Patsy. I am thoroughly happy with everyone from the greeter to the wonderful Patsy!

Kristina was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with the treatment overall and look forward to returning. Just hope she does not get so popular that I will not be able to get an appointment.

I was highly satisfied with this visit, however; I was rescheduled with a different therapist because my original appt was cancelled due to therapist's illness at the last minute. this was the 3rd time it had happened to me. I always book ahead as the therapist is popular and It is very hard to rebook. I understand and feel compassion but I will probably switch therapist due to the inconvenience to my planned out schedule. I wait 3 weeks for the scheduled appt, and then have to rebook it and it will be another 3 weeks before there is availability.

Samantha is one of the best massage therapist I've been able to see. Wish I could see her when I'm away traveling. Recommend and purchased for my parents.

Just moved here from Connecticut and I was highly satisfied with the friendliness of the staff on the phone making the appointment and when I got in there. They took me in on time and i was able to explain my skin care concerns. I went in for a facial. I have never had a facial in my life but had a dermatologist recommend I get an extraction facial. My aesthetician Terry was highly knowledgeable and friendly and did an excellent job! I signed up for a membership and plan on returning on a regular basis. I brought my best friend with me and she also signed up for a membership. I felt very much relieved that my concerns about my face we’re finally addressed after a lifetime of struggleing with eczema and clogged pores. I believe I am on a good road with healthy skin! Thank you!
