I was right on time for my appt. My Massage therapist was waiting for me. It is nice to be recognized at the receptionist when the customer is a member. I had a new therapist (for me) and she was very good. I had not had a facial at Hand and Stone before, Ashley was very good. My skin felt very soft and smooth when she was done. The whole treatment was very relaxing.

Nice atmosphere cleanliness peacefulness only thing I was not happy about was your hour massage and your facial is actually only 50 minutes hands-on I would’ve preferred a full hour. Also if you’re not a member the cost of $89.95 for 50 minute facial or massage is definitely much higher than the going rate throughout the county. The going rate is actually about $60 for a full 60 minutes of hands on service.
