The receptionist is always welcoming and has re-scheduled appointments easily. Christina gave the best facial that I have ever had! I can’t wait to have another. Brenda Crooker

The reception area is clean, welcoming and gives kind of a Zen feeling. The receptionist group is always very friendly. My esthetician, Hope, is nothing short of amazing. She is very knowledgeable about what my individual needs are and what can help me the most. I love the ambiance of the room while receiving my treatment.

The staff and massage therapist are all great. I have yet to have a full 60-minute massage. I have been 4 times, and each session was roughly 50 minutes. My appointments don't start on time and only once was I notified that the massage therapist was running behind. I am there at least 15 minutes prior and I usual get seen 10 minutes after my schedule time. I am fine with running behind because things happen and I allot time when I come for this reason, but I would like a full service. I have not had this experience with any other establishment, if anything the therapist would go over the allotted time scheduled. I also notice that other customers are called back as soon as they walk in, however I just in the waiting room with no communication.

The therapist was amazing. I will come back specifically because of her.
