Quality of staff fantastic! I have been to other Hand and Stone franchises and they are not run as well or ad organized...this store should be the example how the others are run.

Danielle was very nice and her massage techniques were perfect. She was very adept at her massage trade and when she put the hot stones on my back......wow!!!! Heaven!!!

The office is very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and Eleanor who is been doing my facials is amazing. She is very knowledgeable about the skin and I go 100% with her recommendations

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. My therapist is very responsive to working on specific areas that are tight and painful - by the end of the massage, I feel much better. I also like how the environment is nice without being too "fru-fru."
