I enjoy the friendliness of the receptionist at the front desk and the professional way they take care of the clients. Whether you are having a facial or a massage the ladies are wonderful and very helpful with suggestions. I tell my friends about Hand and Stone every chance I get. I also enjoy the points you get by continuing to visit the spa for facials or massages, which help in the cost of things. It is so relaxing every time I go. I just love the facials and massages I get.

Third visit, highly satisfied the first two visits. Loved the service the first couple times. The front desk receptionist are always super pleasant. Not sure if next screen is going to ask, but third visit started late and ended early. Not happy about that! I was wowed my first two visits and next time I recommend I will recommend the first two therapists as well.
