I was totally satisfied. I have no complaints. My enesthetian is remarkable and very knowledgeable..she is the reason I look forward to continuing for the service and information she provides.

As I have said several times before, I think the waiting area should be more relaxing. Other places I have been to have a separate waiting area, that has subdued lighting, relaxing music and comfortable couches and chairs. This waiting area is bright, constantly busy with people checking in and out and the chairs, which have been recently changed, are OK.

It's not really a one hour massage - it's 45 minutes honestly including the time in the beginning upselling stones, scents etc. (when I had that option on line) and then it ended at 10 minutes before the hour.

My experience was very good and I can not come back to this Hand and Stone because I'm from out of town. Otherwise I would return again to this location

I am a licensed massage therapist n four states including Florida. Honestly, the number of forms required to be filled out prior to a service has become a deterrent to seeking services at a franchise like H&S. This was a post travel gift from my Mother. However, my therapist, Anna was above average and should be compensated more than what Inrecall H&S paid their therapists....I was one.

Location is fine, everyone is friendly. Anna did a great job. If you want to be at a highly satisfied level than there needs to be more than the usual. The music in the rooms get a bit loud at times.

I think the membership points should accrue faster to get a free massage. Trying to find the right therapist for me, I wish there was a bio. Of each on the website.

I simply do not live locally. Was visiting a friend so do not know any locals to which to recommend this location.

I discussed the area I was having issues and she said she could use the hot stone in that area (knee) never discussed pricing. In the past, if the therapist used a certain product for a certain area then I wasn’t charged. Like peppermint for my stuffed nose or a hot stone for a problem area. If I did end up adding on a service with the therapist, they would discuss pricing. This one didn’t therefore I didn’t think there was a charge. Later at checkout, I was charged $35 for the “upgrade” But they was she brought it up seemed like the therapist told her to bring up the upgrade and if I agreed then to charge me and if I protested then to drop it. It was the way she said it. “I see you …..had an….upgrade?” And waiting for my answer. I went ahead and agreed because I didn’t want to cause a scene, it was late and just wanted to get home. Honestly it felt deceitful after a rather nice massage. Had she discussed pricing prior that would be different.
