Massage was good. Could have been better with more firmness and if I was asked if I wanted a quiet massage. I was there for stress relief and relaxation, not conversation.

No one let me know that my appointment was delayed. It was 10 minutes past when I asked the receptionist about the delay.

Massage hurt she had nails that jabbed into me

With monthly payments, up sale and tip..I’m at $150..an amount I will not continue to pay each month. I don’t feel comfortable with up sales..If it’s not in the package I pay monthly for..don’t nickel and dime me once you have me in.

The massage oil is terrible stinks like rancid. My therapist spent a lot of time on my back which was sore from yoga, but almost wish she would have spend more on my feet

It seemed a little bit expensive for the add-ons. I chose deep tissue when I booked, and that was fine. I'm not sure that the Himalayan salt stones were worth the price of that add-on.

I did not get the tech I requested at booking time..no explanation was given or option to rebook at appt time. I did not care for tech. Did not discuss my skin or offer any suggestions 🤔

I signed up for a 90 minutes massage and only had 70 mins. hands on time. My massage therapist, LeighAnne, is exceptional and I always enjoy my massages with her. However, the hands on time is not what I paid for for an additional $40. Therefore, the value of the extended time is NOT worth the value.

Appt started 10 minutes late but ended normal time. The lobby is usually dirty but they did get new chairs at least. The checkout and checkin process is not fluid and there is usually an awkward group hovering at the counter uncertain who is next. It’s not relaxing listening to an old woman complain about billing

I don’t like that there is no privacy when you are checking in or out. Anyone waiting can hear all the information that you are giving the receptionist. It would be nice to have a separate waiting area that you can actually relax in.
