Therapists are generally great - the membership issues is a pain in the but. I needed to cancel for business and travel reasons and had nothing but trouble getting this done and it took forever with phone tag to accomplish it. By the time is was cancelled the 30days became and issue. I had to scurry around and get two services booked that you owed me

This was my first visit to this location. The staff are friendly and helpful, the ambience is very nice and my esthetician was very good. I scheduled my next visit before leaving the facility.
