Leigh-Ann was a very good therapist. She concentrated on my problem areas and the pressure was perfect. I would definitely come back and see her again.

Everyone at Hand and Stone was extremely pleasant . The facility is very neat , clean and welcoming. I have been a member for a few years now and will continue. Ali ,who performed my facial, made me feel very comfortable and she did a wonderful job.

My therapist is wonderful. She is friendly, professional and very effective with helping me and my specific areas of concern. One of the best therapists I have had while being a member of Hand and Stone.

I have been a member since 2018. I am very satsified with the service provided by Ivy. She is my go to person for massage therapy. I am not happy that I cannot book a 90 minute massage online as I used to be able to do that. I understand from the reception staff that you are eliminating the 90 minutes and doing just 60 or 120 minutes. Better communication is critical especially to your very loyal customers.

Everything was done professionally, people were friendly and my appointment started on time. Already have 2 more sessions scheduled.

Overall the booking process was easy. More importantly the massage from Ivy was INCREDIBLE. I've been to H&S several times and each experience was great but Ivy gave me an even better message and I was extremely satisfied.
