The estitician, Hope, is well skilled at her craft and is more than willing to explain in detail any question I have about my skin. I am following her recommendations and seeing terrific results. I have also referred her to a few of my friends.

The whole experience was relaxing. The ambiance was calm both whilst waiting for my appointment and in the room. My massage therapist is wonderful!

I don't care for pressured sales. I understand it's the receptionist job to offer the program for monthly massages, but once we said no thank you she then offered a free facial to join which made it feel to pressured.

Receiptionist knew who I was. The massage therapist is quit and not talkative (a plus when you are trying to relax). Massafe therapist also adds stretching to his routine.

I was offered a complimentary 30 min massage and a free upgrade due to a scheduling error on hand and stones part. Receptionist was more than apologetic and kind.

My therapist was excellent~~knowledgeable, did things to help me relax, was pleasant. It was a terrific experience
