My experience was great and so was the therapist. The feedback I have is important to my retention as a client because it is something I will closely monitor. My appointment was from 3-4pm. I was brought back around 3:08pm, by the time I undressed and laid down, work didn’t begin until 3:15pm. My massage ended, I got dressed and was checking out by 3:51pm. I paid a lot of money for a 1 hour service for my birthday and did not feel that price reflected appropriately for the amount of time the service was. I have an appointment scheduled next month to see if this happens again and if it does, I will not be returning.

The ladies at the reception area are always very friendly and welcoming! Kris, my massage therapist, is always friendly and welcoming too. She always takes the time to listen to how I’m doing, any areas I’d like to focus on, and checks on me throughout the massage!
