I always enjoy my experience at Hand & Stone! The receptionists are welcoming and knowledgeable in products and services! My massage therapist listens to my needs and customizes my massage, so I leave feeling relaxed and free from any discomfort! I love my experience!

I have been booking with Selena for the past few months. She is very knowledgeable, professional and a very kind young lady. My skin always looks and feels fantastic when she finishes my facial.

Chris is the best massage therapist I have ever had! She is very attentive to my needs and makes sure to address specific pain areas but still makes the massage relaxing!

Mariana's facial was OUTSTANDING!!! Not only is she highly skilled in her knowledge of the products, she absolutely gave me the BEST facial I've ever had! She addressed all my needs and she is now my 'Go to' that I'll recommend to all my friends! She's OUTSTANDING!!!! Her facial massage was ON POINT! I've been getting facials for years but can I say it again? BEST FACIAL EVER!!!!

I never have a problem booking facials, but a massage is a different story.

I originally tried to make an appt. online but your online site isn't the best so I had to call. My massage therapist was wonderful (Mel) the best I've had there! And other than the signs displayed on the checkout counter(that encourage you to tip an amount that is half the cost of the actual massage)we really like Hand & Stone. The tipping suggestion to patrons is ridiculous! We're a country coming off of a pandemic, hyper inflation and global discord and Hand & Stone is so tone deaf to it. Your current membership rate is $69 and asking patrons during the pandemic not to quit so we can come back with new tip suggestions that have you pay $69 for a massage and please, tip the person $35 if you really liked the service! When is the last time you went to dinner and spent $70 and tipped your server $35, half of the bill?! It's tone deaf and ridiculous and those signs should be removed! Other than that, it's a nice spa.

All the estheticians make me feel very comfortable and do a great job. The front desk staff is also very friendly and greets their customers with a smile. I love going into hand & stone!
