The esthetician was very knowledgeable. She was friendly and knew exactly what I needed. The results were amazing. Because it was an intro package I knew there would be "upselling" but she did it in a very non-pressured way which resulted in me getting a better service. The check in was easy on-line. The reception staff is super friendly.
