I was highly DISsatisfied when my massage was canceled and not rescheduled with another therapist (especially because I was driving a LONG way for this appointment, had it scheduled for weeks, AND it was a birthday present. I was satisfied with the offer of a free facial for the extra hour since I could no longer book a double. Not my favorite service. The first receptionist my wife talked to on the phone (twice, 9-23 and 9-24) was very dismissive.

Highly satisfied because I like my massage therapist. Salon is always clean and usually efficient, (Did experience a problem with efficiency this time: see James Hleuka) And I’m never completely satisfied with the amount of time the actual massage is, the fact that it is really 50 min but includes dressing time. I always feel I’m being jipped.

The entire staff are friendly and helpful. The receptionist helped me to book someone she believed would be a perfect for me. She was absolutely correct!! LeeAnn, the massage therapist, is absolutely fabulous and I have already booked another appointment with her!

Katrina is a regular masseuse for me, she does an excellent job every time. The rest of the staff is nice and helpful. My only reason for not being completely satisfied with every question is, her availability for my appointments is often limited.

The best procedure for my skin was discussed in advance. All my questions were answered. Was very happy with the results. Hope was very thorough and friendly.
