I’ve been visiting this location for more than a year and have been serviced by 3 estheticians, 3 masseurs, and countless receptionists. Thankfully, over the course of that time I’ve never experienced a negative customer service issue. In fact, in the singular case that there was a mix up with my appointment time, the reception team was apologetic, quick to resolve it, and proactively offered a complimentary service upgrade. Keep doing what you’re doing, and you’ll have me as a lifelong customer :)

The Melbourne Florida location is very clean and inviting. The staff has great customer service. The therapists are highly qualified and care about you.

The massage therapist always does a great job (I see the same one every month). The receptionist’s are always friendly and willing to assist however they can.

My therapist spent time on my problem areas and focused what I needed and/or what I requested not be done.

1. Therapist's attention to voiced concerns and specific requests. 2. Therapist's manual skills and professionalism. 3. General friendliness of staff and ease of making appointments.

They greet you by first name which makes the experience more personal. Impressed with how clean their bathroom is, better than my own lol.

This was a Christmas gift from my husband. Last year we had a dual massage which was wonderful. We are snowbirds and won’t be back until next January. We will return!
