I was in pain prior to my appt. My regular therapist was busy for weeks. I decided to try a new therapist. Ivy was amazing! She focused on my areas of pain and I left feeling so much better that I prebooked my next appt with her.

Clean, efficient and good therapist

I was highly DISsatisfied when my massage was canceled and not rescheduled with another therapist (especially because I was driving a LONG way for this appointment, had it scheduled for weeks, AND it was a birthday present. I was satisfied with the offer of a free facial for the extra hour since I could no longer book a double. Not my favorite service. The first receptionist my wife talked to on the phone (twice, 9-23 and 9-24) was very dismissive.

Highly satisfied because I like my massage therapist. Salon is always clean and usually efficient, (Did experience a problem with efficiency this time: see James Hleuka) And I’m never completely satisfied with the amount of time the actual massage is, the fact that it is really 50 min but includes dressing time. I always feel I’m being jipped.

The entire staff are friendly and helpful. The receptionist helped me to book someone she believed would be a perfect for me. She was absolutely correct!! LeeAnn, the massage therapist, is absolutely fabulous and I have already booked another appointment with her!
