Melissa K was very skilled. She’s friendly and considerate, checking to make sure I was comfortable. I will definitely book with her again.

I had shoulder and neck pain from sitting at a computer too long that wasn't ergonomically correct. The therapist did just what I requested and that was to concentrate on that area of pain. She also gave me tips on what to do after I leave, when I asked her about cold packs, etc. She was great.

The receptionists are always friendly, helpful, welcoming. Massage therapist Donnie is AMAZING .. I remembered him from over a year ago and specifically set the appointment because of my previous awesome experience. He's the reason I decided to join the monthly massage club this time around. Everyone was great during my visit- April(at reception desk) and Donnie are acceptional assetts to your company. Thanks for the awesome experience!

The check in process is very smooth. The employess are very welcoming. My message therapist did a very good job. The entire experience was awesome. I am so grateful Hand & Stone offers such a great value package for a message.

Knowledge and skill of esthetician

Chris is excellent! She is so booked that it is difficult to make an appointment when I really need one. She is so professional and really cares about my concerns. I think she needs to work more hours!!!!!!

My appointments at H&S are always a pleasure. The reception staff is lovely, and my therapist (Donny) is outstanding.

All of the therapists there are very good and I have never had a bad experience or left disappointed. Sami is my favorite and her expertise is amazing. I go to Hand and Stone at least monthly and have recommended to several friends.
