The receptionist is very kind. I see Nyrea (forgive me if I spelled her name wrong) and she is the best massage therapist I have been to. I have chronic pain from thoracic outlet syndrome, and she is the only person I have gotten a massage from that effectively relieves some of my pain.

My esthetician, Kiara, makes my experience at Hand and Stone highly enjoyable every time. She is always prompt, helpful, listens to my concerns, and does a fantastic job with my facials. I would have already canceled my membership if not for Kiara’s great service.

The ambience and soothing facial was very relaxing, like an expensive yet luxurious face massage, however for the price I have not seen any results or improvement to my skin.

Despite her youth, Madison Kain is an extremely talented and knowledgeable esthetician. I seriously have NEVER had such and incredible facial, and I've been receiving facials for decades. Do whatever you need to do to retain this professional, personable, talented individual!!!
