My experience with the staff and service providers is always wildly positive. I plan to bring my husband in for a couple massage next month. I love being a part of the Hand & Stone membership program.

I really looked forward to this massage. It was wonderful and I will be back! I wrote down the woman's name but lost it. Her name began with the letter N. She was fabulous! I will be back!

This was my first facial and Madison was amazing! She helped me understand my skin type and made me feel at ease/comfortable with everything. She even recommended me some products to use which I love! I already booked my next appointment and I can’t wait!

Extremely friendly staff at the front desk. Massage therapist was very friendly and warm. She listened to the areas I wanted to focus on during the massage. She was communicative without being intrusive during the massage. The spa was extremely clean and very quiet and calming. I will definitely be back.

The facial was so relaxing that I started falling asleep at least a half dozen times. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Samantha was so gentle.
