My esthetician was very knowledgeable about the service I chose. She is very good at what she does and I would highly recommend her and hand and stone!

I have been coming to this location and seeing Nyrea for over 1.5 years. She is a wonderful massage therapist, communicates well and has a very calm, professional demeanor. She really listens and focuses on the areas we discuss prior to the massage. I always leave the session feeling totally relaxed and de-stressed!

Fro the moment I stepped in to the moment I left my experience was fantastic. Friendly and pleasant employees but not too friendly/forward. Facial experience was not intimidating or rushed or lacking. My esthetician was on point and without having to tell her I was looking for a quiet and relaxed experience she sense it and my facial was more than I expected. I wil definitely be a regular customer and encourage others to try the Plymouth Meeting PA location. I had read reviews of all Hand & Stone ovations within 20 miles and this location proved the reviews were honest .

Christian is such a talented massage therapist. He loves what he does & not only tries to help you feel better in the moment, but also tries to help you figure out what might have led to the muscle tightness to prevent as much reoccurrence. He gave me relief & a better outlook than I got from my orthopedist whom I love. Lauren the manager is awesome too. She knows my voice, is super friendly & goes above & beyond to try & help me get an appointment with Christian. They both genuinely care about me!❤️

The room was clean and relaxing. The therapist made me feel relaxed. Overall had a great experience.
