My massage therapist was very attentive and explained everything in great detail. She made me feel very comfortable and I would definitely book again with her in the future. It is a wonderful experience!

Cristian is excellent. If I hadn’t stumbled upon him, I wouldn’t even have considered becoming a member. He takes the time to listen. He responds to my requests, and I feel he adapts the massage to my needs. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a massage!! If transportation wasn’t an issue, I’d have continued my membership as long as he worked at Hand & Stone.

I understand that James will be leaving and moving to another hand and stone location - he is by far the best therapist at this location and so I will switch locations to follow him. I think he is a huge loss to this location - shame on you for losing him!

The environment and ambiance of Hand and Stone Conshohocken is always clean, and very relaxing. The reception staff is always friendly and helpful. My therapist, Cameron, is amazing and always satisfies. The price has increased over the years of my membership, which is a little upsetting. It would be nice if the price of membership when you sign up is locked as your price for the rest of your membership.

James did a wonderful job explaining everything to me. He gave me advice on what I can do at home and make me feel very relaxed. This was the best massage I have every had!

Appointment times are convenient- I like the option of the later evening appointments during the workweek. Also, the quality of facials I have received has been consistent. The esthetician is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
