Kiara was great! She explained everything that she was doing and was attentive to my concerns. Receptionist was very nice.

I was paralyzed last year after a rare illness. In April of this year, someone brought me to H&S for a massage. My therapist, Cristian, was so kind, thoughtful and compassionate. I was really impressed. Plus, the massage made me feel great! I was able get another massage in the fall. Cristian focused on my back and shoulders, which are very painful. I felt so much better, I got the membership. My last massage was amazing. I can’t describe how I feel. I’m not exaggerating how great this therapist is. Beyond the cost of the massage, I have to Uber up and back. I feel the cost is well worth it for the way the massage facilitates my healing!

Cameron the masseuse is really good. Best one there imo and I have tried 4 others before him. I like that he didn't talk the whole time and did what we talked about. I even recommended him to my wife. Will book with him again.
