It would be helpful to have more available appts or be given an option to have a standing appt with preferred therapists. I have been a long time customer and have limited availability - this has never been an issue previously as I have always been able to get a massage and facial around my work schedule with my preferred therapist whom I have seen for years. Currently I am no longer able to see preferred staff on a consistent monthly basis which will impact if I remain a customer and monthly member at this time as I need to seek other places to cont monthly services.

James is wonderful. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to listen and assess my needs for the appointment. I believes he gives 200% especially when I’m the last appointment of the day and I walk away wowed.

Everyone at this location is so amazing. Friendly and welcoming all the time. I have seen 2 massage therapists here and both were amazing. Highly recommended!

James is very knowledgeable in message therapy. He addressed problem area and relieved the pain. He is always friendly and professional.

When I call for an appointment there has not been any availability until a month out. It is difficult to make and appointment a month out for this type of appointment and be charged for a cancellation. I am very disappointed because I enjoyed the the relaxation.

This was my first time for a professional facial and wasn't sure what to expect. I'll definitely be returning and requesting Kiara.
