Hand and Stone

It was very relaxing.

I have been seeing Madison for a facial for a few visits now. She is absolutely fantastic. I joined the membership program awhile ago and have so many credits I need to use up. Madison is the only reason I would consider keeping my membership. I struggle to find time between working full time and having a baby at home. But my facials with her have been so relaxing I keep thinking I need to make the time.

It was very cute that the reception area had a sign welcoming new clients. The massage therapist took the time to talk to me about what i needed and focused on those needs

I always enjoy my visit at Hand and Stone in Conshohocken. I had a hard time relaxing there while construction was happening next door, so I hadn’t been back in quite awhile. The girls were so sweet at the front desk, they had the arriving appointments names on a board to welcome us. I could tell they had a good relationship with the members coming and going. I had a new therapist, for me, she was very kind and welcoming. Which is very important! She checked in frequently to make sure the pressure was good, which, was top notch. She was very careful and informative when moving around the table. She focused exactly where I asked and didn’t move to another area until she was satisfied with how my body was responding to her literal handywork. Hands down, incredible massage. But what’s an honest review without a few constructive criticisms. My therapist was definitely more chatty than I would enjoy for a relaxation massage. I don’t mind being checked in on, ESPECIALLY, when I am with a new therapist… if it’s pertaining to the massage. However, personal stories and other unrelated information, could be saved for the waiting room. The massage did start a little late and ended on projected time. All in all, I’m not sure what the algorithm adds up to but 5/5 in my book.

My masseuse listened to my needs and focused on my areas of pain that I identified. She did a great job at alleviating pain and helping me to relax.

Really straightforward experience, no frills. My therapist had great suggestions for me going forward and it was the right balance between theraputic and relaxing, per my request.
