I loved how quickly they got me in the room. I liked how relaxing the service was. I loved how nice and how much knowledge my esthetician had about what my face needed.

The therapist (Fatima) did a wonderful job covering all of the areas needing attention. She applied just the right pressure in the massage session.

Kelsey was great to work with. I usually get my massages on Fridays, but I am going to change to Tuesdays so I can book with her.

Carrie listens to my concerns and corrects areas in need of additional attention. Carrie is the best! I recommend her often to my coworkers, family, and friends!

It is relaxing. I felt calm and I needed that. My massage improved my pain in shoulder & neck.

I called reception to inform them that I would be late due to my Lyft/Uber driver who was pre-booked not showing up on time , thus making me late to appt. Since I had booked a 2 hour massage, when I called receptionist was very accommodating and worked me me to figure out a time deadline to arrive and maximize my service. Upon arriving to the spa, I was greeted by a warm and friendly receptionist who turned out to be a manager, Melanie. She was very knowledgeable, accommodating and worked with me to retrieve massages packages I had and wasn't able to use due to Covid and personal reasons.
