Very relaxing experience

Kelsey was great. She listened to my concerns. Took those concerns and incorporated them into my massage.

Everyone was very welcoming and professional. My esthetician was very knowledgeable and discussed things I could do to improve my skin. I like the products she used and was going to purchase some of them, but they were all much too expensive. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience.

Never told that my subscription was suspended and was told that my name now has a black person icon and that I will not be able to return. Susan my massage therapist is absolutely wonderful, the rest of the staff not so much. The turn over rate of the front desk staff is unbelievable.

The staff is always welcoming and inviting. Services are always excellent. I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I have yet to experience another area spa service of this quality!

I love Eli my therapist. I have been with hand and stone a long time and was with patty and she left, I went with Nancy after trying many theapists, and thought I wouldn;t find another therapist I like. I was given Eli and she is fabulous! She listens and undertsands the body very well and concentrates on problemed areas. I have been through many therapists and she is a keeper for sure! Hand and Stone is very lucky to have her.
