Pinched nerve felt some relief

I was in alot of pain due to my hamstring, Kelsey did an amazing job. I have been here once before but signed up for the package due to how amazing Kelsey was!!!

Therapist identifies areas of stress, treats them and suggest actions for me to take at home. For example, stretching certain areas, use more pressure, checking with myself with areas of pain. Therapist is very pleasant. He's in high demand and works with scheduling. Desk staff efficient and cordial.

Everything was wonderful, so relaxing and comfortable. I will definitely come back and found that the massage helped with muscle tightness to where exercising is no longer painful.
