Olivia is wonderful! she smiles all the time, is very helpful in checking out and scheduling for the next month. this was my first time with Nancy - who was excellent and understood what I needed. I am very happy that I have my membership and will continue to visit every month.

Lobby set up with social distancing. Friendliness is front desk staff. Kindness of esthetician and quality of facial.

Corrine is very friendly and knowledgeable. She has always provided the best service. She makes me feel very comfortable

I go to this location and Hand and Stone only for Corrine. She is the best. The only knowledgeable receptionist is BRENDA. She is awesome, friendly and knows what she is doing. The others are less then good in terms of customer service and FOLLOW-up. Only trust Brenda. She is an asset to that location.

Nancy is a very knowledgeable therapist who knows the right questions to ask and making you feel comfortable right away. It was easy to explain my issues and she worked out the kinks perfectly. I can't wait to come back for my next appointment.

Luz takes the time to assess my custom treatment needs at every massage appointment. Her approach is methodical and thorough, to identify and release problem areas.

Nancy worked on the focus areas I indicated helping to relieve the tightness and discomfort. During my visit, she was friendly and attentive. The check in and out process was quick and I was able to book another appointment right then.
