I have been a H&S member for about a year now. I'm very happy with the different massage therapists and my progress towards being pain free. This is my third or fourth time getting a massage by Carrie. She is excellent. Very knowledgeable and she has helped my neck and back pain tremendously. Carrie even provides links to helpful videos so that I can continue stretching and self care after my massage. The receptionists are also very friendly and helpful. My only comment is that I wish that I could book appointments online.

The therapist hit all my sore spots and practically put me to sleep after awhile. After the body massage she did a scalp massage that was delightful! Did not want it to end!
