The whole experience from start to finish is exceptional. The receptionist makes sure you are comfortable just as much as the therapist. And the therapist makes sure to ask what you need done.

This was my first time visiting Hand and stone. The process was easy and pleasant. Everyone I encountered was friendly and accommodating. I booked another appointment for next month. I left feeling very relaxed.

I think everything and everyone was wonderful but I did tell them it was my first massage and they left me a little lost

Jipeng was my therapist. I had used him one other time and was very pleased. I wanted to use him again. It was difficult to get an appointment with him but definitely worth the wait!
