great service and customer service very clean the service i can changes already personal has knowledge and to explain the process and respond to all my questions

The two receptionists were very so friendly and greeted me when I walked in. Tim Ging was my massage therapist. He was great. He made sure of the places I wanted to concentrate on and also explained that all linens and sheets were changed and that everything had been whipped down from the previous client. Also told me about the button to push under the table to alert the front desk. I left Hand and Stone feeling great and with the pain gone from my neck/shoulder.

My therapist is one of the better ones I’ve had there....I’m hop8ng he stays, as I know there is usually a height rate of turnover.

The whole experience was calm , peaceful, and quiet. The atmosphere is beautiful. All staff were kind, interested and professional.

Jackie was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming, and it is extremely evident that she is passionate about her field of work. She was the best esthetician that I have ever met. She made me feel comfortable, relaxed and confident. She is so good at her job. I wish I could see her weekly. The rates are a bit extreme. I would definitely sign up for the membership if the rates were lowered because I love the add on services.

Friendliness of staff was great. Knowledge of my skin issues and ability to offer products that work wonderfully. Easiness of making an appointment for the day I wanted.

The staff followed COVID-19 precautions in great detail. They made me feel very safe even though I did not wear my mask during my facial. I appreciate their sensitivity to the pandemic.
