The people working took the Covid issues very seriously which made me feel comfortable. My regular massage therapist is unavailable and the new therapist was very good. I had a seamless and enjoyable experience.

The Hand and Stone experience in Melville was extremely satisfactory, and I will definitely be returning. The location thought of everything as far as safety and comfort, and the massage therapist and receptionist were very considerate.

The massage was ~8 minutes shorter than it shouldn't have been

Staff was extremely accommodating. Massage Therapist was highly knowledgeable. Demeanor of all was very warm and professional. I will absolutely recommend this location as well as the Therapist.

my therapist listened to what i specified as my problem areas and worked on them. He seemed knowledgeable about the body and suggested future treatment options and what i could do on my own to help the areas. he was very friendly but let me relax and did not speak unless appropriate.

Have known the massage therapist, Carolyn, for several years. She is excellent.
