This was my second appointment with a new esthetician. She made me feel at ease right away and was very helpful in explaining the rewards program. The treatments she recommended have been very helpful in treating my aging skin.

Megan is amazing, she knows what she does and has a good energy that you can feel. She likes her work!

The massage therapist applied the correct pressure that I had requested. The aches were attended to in a thorough manner. The tips given were helpful. The therapist was overall very knowledgeable.

Overall, the best part of my experience was the practitioner, esse of booking, and professionalism felt and observed throughout the entire visit. In the past, my experience has been a feeling of sketchy vibes associated with massage places. I'm glad I gave hand and stone a shot and kept my appointment. I will be back.

I really like the massage therapist at this location. I've gone to Redmond a couple of times due to the schedule but prefer Bellevue.

My massage therapist is highly skilled, professional, always puts me at ease, and I enjoy chatting with him. The hot stones help to relax my muscles more quickly. The added new questionnaire was a little annoying.
