The staff is always friendly. Kiki is an amazing massage therapist. The staff always works to find an appointment that works in my crazy schedule.

The last visit was satisfactory only , Before this visit I am highly unsatisfied with the therapist, The latest therapist was highly recommendable and nice.

The massage therapist, Joshua, had good knowledge in the field of massage. He checked in throughout the message to make sure I was comfortable and that things were going well. The reception staff was very kind and accommodating

Ben is able to focus in on my problem area & make improvements. Answered my questions & didn’t try to upsell products.

Kiki gives an excellent massage. I always leave more relaxed. I do find the price increases hard to deal with. I’ve had to cut back from an 80 min to 50 min.

Elizabeth is fantastic on specific knowledge and areas that need attention. I trust her to get specific areas as well as a general massage. I would book her more often if I could fit into her schedule. My wife enjoys working with Elizabeth as well . Excellent service.

Shea was great therapist

Everyone is very nice, I live very close to Hand and Stone. I feel that everything is clean and that everyone is nice and friendly. I really enjoy the massages' and enjoyed the facial.

This was my first time here and my massage was excellent. I signed up for the monthly package.
