I used a new therapist after several therapists left or cancelled, he was very good

I was able to have Megan for my facial. I had her at the Totem Lake hand and stone.

Appropriate pressure and responsiveness. Great anatomical knowledge. Felt that therapist used body, mind, and spirit to sense what my body needed.

My therapist, Elizabeth, experienced a flat tire on the way to work. That put her behind schedule. She personally phoned me to let me know she would be late, as did the receptionist as well. I was still able to have my entire time for the massage. I appreciate all of them contacting me to let me know of the slight delay. The massage was spot on, as always, and Elizabeth helped relieve all of the aches and pain I was experiencing when I went in. She is truly remarkable and a wonderful therapist.

The staff was very friendly and I liked McKenzie. she was gentle and did a great job.

Tim and Ben are the best!

As you see from my previous answers it all went well. Will continue my membership.

Love, love my regular massage therapist, Abigail. Only wish she were available more often but I understand she's going to college. Intuitive hands knows where the trigger points are! Best ever in 20 yrs of getting massages.
