Nice service, very clean, good products options to purchase, always on time, and what I love the best: how my face looks brighter after the facials

Everything was great, went in a lot of pain. Left with much less pain. Excited for the follow up massage next month

All staff were friendly. I did not like having to answer Covid questions. All else was gone.

Abigail is a very skilled therapist. I said I was neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with the wait to find an available date. I realize this is due to understaffing But all else at H&S is very satisfying

Ben is hands down the best massage therapist I've seen.

I was able to get an appointment on the same day I called. What I needed was addressed quickly and very well done.

The facility is clean, calm, and seems to be well run. Been, my massage therapist, is very knowledgeable and his technique is excellent for combating my various aches and pains, leaving me feeling renewed. My only complaint is that it is very difficult to get appointments, even when I try to book several weeks in advance. I was lucky to get an appointment earlier this week but now I can't get another one until late September, even though I was prepared to see someone other than Ben. Facility is very conveniently located for me because I don't drive, but if I can't get in to see a therapist regularly, I sometimes question the value of my membership.

Kiki does a great job, and is the reason I come to Hand and Stone.

Ben did an excellent job focusing on a couple of specific issues for me, and still completed a full massage during my hour. The space was comfortable, including temperature, music, appropriate coverage, and therapist masking.
