Esthetician was very friendly and attentive to my needs. She shared with me which specific products she would be using during my treatment. While she recommended use of Retinol, she also strongly suggested I discuss with a dermatologist what would be best for my skin.

The receptionist knew who I was as I walked in and checked me in immediately. I always use the restroom first. Upon exiting the restroom my massage therapist was waiting and ready to greet me. This prenatal massage therapist, Denisha was new to me. So this told me the receptionist and massage therapist communicated for excellent greeting! That is gold customer service and team work to make a customer feel welcomed!
