Latoya was the highlight of my experience closely followed by the front desk staff! Latoya was phenomenal in listening to my concerned /target areas and allowing me to relax during my deep pressured massage. She worked diligently yet efficiently while paying attention to my body and what’s it really needed. I can tell she really knows what she doing. Also, I was still able to relax wonderfully because she doesn’t talk too much either which I ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!! The front desk staff was super accommodating and informative. They were also kind, timely and efficient. They helped me resolve my issue like pro’s and I was grateful they offered the opportunity to personalize my tip envelope to Latoya! The reviews don’t do the front desk staff justice from my first experience.

Loved the expertise of Lily. After I left H&S my skin was glowing. I look forward to my next facial.

I love Kristi! She’s creates a relaxing and soothing environment, and I always feel so pampered when I leave. Shes so knowledgable and easy to talk to and she always knows how to make my skin feel fresh and clean! She’s the best esthetician ever! :)
