Very good esthetician gave me the full appointment time. My skin looked really good after.

The reception area is very welcoming including if I desired something to drinking and the availability of mints. The employees at the front desk are pleasant and engaging. I am very satisfied with the Massage Therapist, Ashley.

I had a very great experience with Mica Wallace. She was very kind and knowledgeable about the products she was using. Anytime I had a question or concern she addressed it.

Couples massage had to be rescheduled due to therapist emergency. She was great and we understand but it would have been nice to see something for the inconvenience and inability to keep the couples massage. Minor stuff but would be nice. You charge us for missing same day appointments but do nothing for us when it happens. That’s BS. My time is of equal value and I changed my time for the original appt. We are fine with the therapist and the life challenge but it’s a salon policy I don’t like when you charge for one but nothing for when it happens to the client.

I did not have a good experience with my home location, Rivergate. I tried to get in touch with the manager Ashley for over a month with no response. She also did not acknowledge when one of her therapists was running behind time and instead left a gift card at the end of my massage.
