The receptionist did an amazing job. She was there when I booked my appointment and when I checked in. The front desk worked as a team to help the four people who walked in at the same time! Latoya did an amazing job with my treatment, she took the time to explain the muscle work she did. I will be making another appointment with her soon!!

Therapist was on time. Pressure was perfect. Quiet and peaceful.

My aesthetician Natalia was so knowledgeable and willing to share all of her knowledge on my skin and what it needed. I enjoyed Dermalogica brand used during my session however after purchasing some product and then researching the line on my own, it’s not a brand I can keep up with financially so I wish we talked about more mid-line priced brands for my skin needs. Other than that it was an amazing facial and can’t wait to see Natalia again!

Very good massage. My only feedback would be that the last few 80 minute massages I have booked haven’t been a full 80 minutes. They have been closer to 70.

Ashley was very pleasant, she was able to relax me and help me release the pain in my back due to stress. she was very knowledgeable and kept conversation going and ambiance relaxing. the front desk ladies were very pleasant and place smell nice and clean.

My esthetician Natalia Barclay was absolutely amazing!!! She is the reason why I will keep returning. She is very intelligent and kind.

My therapist Pachee was superb. Just the right amount of pressure and I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with her. She is an asset to Hand and Stone
