I loved Macala - she not only gave me an amazing massage but was such an inspiring, good person to talk with. She made me feel so relaxed and valued. I’m just frustrated with this location (as compared to Concord) because of the lack of evening hours.

I have fallen in love!!! Oh my goodness!!! There is a heaven on earth and it's not just Hand & Stone Spa but it's in Huntersville and Dorothy is the Angel with healing hands!!! The staff there as a whole are lovely. They were engaging, warm... they felt like my friends. They made me want to be there. This was a birthday gift for me and let me tell you, sometime ago, I was gifted a visit to Massage Envy... let's just say, I could've just sat in my massage chair at home and played some New Age. The session was free and I still wanted a refund. This visit at Hand & Stone Huntersville made me want to sign up for a membership before leaving. It's how I plan to use my HSA next year. I'm on an emotionally and mentally taxing journey with my mom as she fights metastatic renal carcinoma which is now in her liver, and 2020-2021 has been the longest period of my lifetime. I needed this and I can guarantee you, I'll be getting my life together inside this spa at least once a month!
