Therapist was very attentive to the areas I mentioned were bothering me most and focused on those instead of going through the motions of completing a “regular” massage. She communicated with me as needed during the massage to make sure I was ok. Building was very clean and welcoming.

Ashley is a healer. She is quiet which i love and she just finds the places that need attention. Without needing direction she checks in with pressure and can go very deep which i also love. She is Amazing at what she does!

Ive been a licensed massage therapist since 1994 and I specialize in Sports & Orthopedic and being a competitive athlete its hard to find someone skilled and has skills to accomplish my specific needs. I got a 80min deep tissue with cup therapy with Ashley Havranek and Hands down she accomplished all my muscular imbalances. ASHLEY, will be my new therapist and trust me, I've not found anyone like her. I'm very particular and was hesitant but I was blown out of the water with her Pressure, Skill and knowledge. Awesome
