The people (everyone) here are always professional, greet you by your first name, make you feel completely and totally special each visit.

Great service, friendly masseuses. I think the service should've been the full 60 minutes. The receptionist wasn't rude but wasn't very friendly or inviting. Very pleased regardless

Overall, my experience is always nice when I come to hand and stone. The receptionist is always super friendly, and the area is always so organized and clean. The therapists are always so calm and give the right amount of pressure and the environment is so relaxing

I loved my visit. The only thing that would make it better would be if the front desk person had their mask covering their nose as well as their mouth. She had a mask on but it only covered her mouth. It made me very uncomfortable.
