Staff is always very friendly and willing to help. Therapist is always right on time when starting and/or finishing my appointment.

I believe my average rating would "satisfied", not "highly satisfied". The only "highly satisfied" rating goes to the masseuse Maria. She is skilled and knowledgeable, shares her observations about your body and makes suggestions to enhance your overall health and well-being. Very professionally and knows what she's doing!

ah! more space! all things positive related to therapist. The big negative was dark carpet that you couldn't detect soil and you KNOW hundreds of people have put bare feet all lotioned/oiled up and maybe they have athlete's foot or something. I just grabbed a towel off the counter. I know for next time to check to be sure one is there. More suggestions: music was too loud. I recall that Room was a bit cluttered with things - I guess multipurpose for facial and massage? just impression from one moment when I reached for a tissue that it was behind something. Listened to Hidden Brain about false memory, so take this cluttered comment with grain of salt. waiting area and hallways were dark. you can create calm space with soft light.

The staff was very professional. My esthetician, Mica, was wonderful. Very kind and nice. It was a wonderful experience all around.

Kristi is wonderful and I always feel amazing after an appointment with her. And my skin looks wonderful!
