My massage therapist was amazing. First massage in a year and a half due to COVID and highly satisfied. My massage therapist really listened to my needs and worked on everything !

Not only was I well taken care of by my massage therapist but the front staff was so welcoming. It was refreshing to have such kind people since not being around people so much from COVID19. It was definitely memorable.

The woman that works the front desk, Larnice, is very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to explain/ answer any and all questions. She is an asset to your team and deserves a shoutout and a raise!

All because of Bethany my facialist. She’s very good.

The staff is extremely professional and friendly. I value that. The facility itself was clean, pleasing Aesthetics, and it was clear that all Covid protocols are being followed

My therapist did a great job listening to me and working on my problem areas. He was thorough and communicated with me about pressure throughout the massage.

Knowledgeable therapist, clean environment, friendly staff, I felt safe in the environment, my therapist reported he had taken the COVID vaccine, massage therapy addressed my aches and discomfort.

Arthur at H&S in Novato gave me an excellent 100 minute massage last Sunday 6/27.

I have been a Hand & Stone member for many years. There have been changes in staff over the years (and management I believe), but I have never had a bad experience. I think the latest team working here is doing a wonderful job.

Hand and Stone staff are always welcoming and friendly. The relaxing ambiance provided is exactly what I needed. My facial was phenomenal. I thoroughly enjoyed the details of all the products my esthetician, Taan, shared as she moved along. Overall, a wonderful experience.
