The staff are all friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The place is clean and smells minty and clean. My masseuse is so incredibly awesome! I had the hot stone massage and it’s very relaxing!

The spa is very clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful . My therapist was out of this world . I have been thru so many therapist in sausages . She was the best I ever had. She’s a keeper !!!!

From the time I spoke to the receptionist till I paid my bill, the customer service was excellent. I was very impressed how genuine, friendly, and professional the staff was. My esthetician was superb! I hope to book another appointment with her.

I was given a great massage. I felt the spa was safe and very clean . The front desk staff was helpful and professional and the atmosphere was relaxing.

I love hand and stone. i originally joined to get regular facials. I do not feel comfortable getting a facial during COVID. I am ok with massage. John is awesome. My husband has cancer and I work full time. I easily fall behind in my ability to use the service charged. This stresses me out. I have a great fee locked in yet fell canceling is a better idea for me at this time.

The staff is very friendly , professional and very knowledgeable. Very happy environment which makes you want to go back. The massages and facial are the best. I can’t say enough 😁

Regina was wonderful. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I will definitely book with her again. The only part that needs improvement was my checkout process. I was at the desk for at least 20 minutes as there apparently a new system that everyone hasn't had experience with yet. I finally asked them to email me everything (I signed up for a membership) and call me if there was any issues.

I found the fact that I could call and get an appointment within 5 minutes very helpful. I appreciated that I could get same day or next day services. The staff was bery friendly and did a good job with selling me things I ended up wanting but not seeming pushy or stressful.
