First of all, I was able to book with John and John has never failed me. I felt safe because some of the chairs were made to not be sat in because of distancing. I felt so relaxed during the whole process.

Always friendly & professional! I truly enjoy my appointments at the San Rafael Hand & Stone location - they are a breath of fresh air in my hectic schedule & I genuinely look forward to them.

Clean. Friendly. Knowledgeable about products and skin care. Very conscious of hygienic practices.

Esthetician knowledgeable about products used, took her time, addressed my concerns and did a very relaxing facial and neck massage

My appointment this time for a facial was with Bailey. I have seen her several times and think Bailey is a very talented sweet lady with wonderful professional experience. She has good knowledge of all the products and services available to me at Hand & Stone . She has what I would describe as a "magical touch". Bailey always makes my visit a relaxing one.

I have been extremely satisfied with Randelle. Since I am a very active outdoor person, primarily a hiker and gardener, I am pleased that Randelle is receptive to my initial discussion about any areas of my back, neck and feet which may require particular attention. She always seems to confirm problem areas and to professionally attend to them. (And, to successfully resolve them). Randelle is very well trained on the muscle groups and shows an amazing ability to intuit and locate problems.

Everything about Hand and Stone is first rate: efficient, professional and friendly. Specifically John (the massage therapist) is especially gifted.

Everyone I encounterd in hand and stone was very friendly and professional. Oxana had a wonderful soothing touch. I was so relaxed I wanted to stay for a nap. I have already told 2 friends about the place and to ask for Oxana for a facial.

Everytime I come in to a scheduled appointment the front desk staff is very friendly and quick to help check in. They make sure I am comfortable and offer tea or water. Makes visiting so pleasant
